I’ve been busy with my preparations for my trip. There are a million and one things to do before I go, and I’m slowly ticking things off the list!

My wish, which arose from the last two trips, was to take quality photos of the views and scenery of my trip. I used cellphones and simple cameras for the previous trips, which didn’t capture all the beauty that I saw. So I’ve purchased a DSLR camera, and have been getting lessons on how to use it.

I’ve even been learning how to shoot remotely, using a remote shutter release, so that I can take photos of myself while riding. Here are the results of my first attempt. I’m sure once I’m on the road, I will get a handle on the appropriate pose for a selfie!
