Had a very brief call from Ron – he sounds more upbeat and managed to get to Elliston. He was very excited about seeing 11 LIVE kangaroos on the road with him as he cycled. He was camping at a roadhouse owned by a very pleasant hard-working ex- south African couple. He enjoyed chatting to them and they reduced the rates of everything for him! Go South Africa!

He is hoping to be in Port Lincoln in two days time where he has been assured, he will have coms!
